Riverview Lodge - Riverfront Home with Hot Tub

Riverfront Vacation Home with hot tub with 4 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms located on 1 acre on the Wally Road Scenic Byway. Home features sweeping views of the Mohican River from the raised deck. Views of river can also be seen from the Kitchen and Living Room windows, the two downstairs bedrooms, from the patio and basically any where in the back yard. We are located just 6 miles down river from Mohican Adventures and 7 miles from the main entrance to Mohican State Park.

Wonderful Christmas stay

This house was a perfect family getaway with easy access to the Mohican State Park sites and hikes. Also, simple access to local stores, coffee and restaurants. Plenty of room for relaxing together and lovely view of river.

Great weekend getaway

Loved the house - internal updates look fantastic. Easy drive to all the activities at Mohican State Park which is a gem. Relaxing on the back deck while watching the Mohican amble on was the highlight.

Great Time!

What a great property! House was nice, clean, spacious, basement and ping pong table was an hit, upper porch had great views. Stayed at Riverfront escape a few years ago which was nice but Riverview Lodge was our favorite. Would definitely stay at either again.

Cozy River Stay

My friends and I just spent the weekend there and it was a great time. It is right on the river with plenty of yard space for activities We enjoyed the Hot Tub on a cool night and the deck space was perfect for hanging out and enjoying the view. There is a ton of space so you don't feel like you are right on top of each other and there are all the creature comforts you could need. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be booking again.

Roomy and comfortable

Did a girl’s trip with 3 high school friends. The home was roomy; we each had our own bedroom which was great. The beds were super comfortable and was probably the best mattress I’ve slept on at a Vrbo. The house was clean and everything was in good working order. Would definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

This place had everything we needed plus more for our NYE stay!! It was clean and well-stocked for our friends/family get-together, plus they allow dogs, which made it even better! This is a great location for hiking and we would love to come back in the summer to take advantage of the river!

Perfect for our trip

The house was perfect for our team. They were able to play & tub in the river, the house was close to the state park for running & activities in town, we were able have nightly campfires and get a good nights sleep. Everything was clean and exactly as posted.

Great location in Mohican

We had a great time at the lodge! It was very cold, so we played board games and watched movies. The setup is great for both, very clean and laid out well.The porch and location on the river would be amazing in the summer time! Make sure to bring drinking water if you don't like the taste of well water, there is an RO system as well that we used for morning coffee. Overall, great location, excellent communication from Drew, would be perfect for a family retreat or big group of friends.

Second stay, good as the first!

Welcoming home with an open floorplan facilitates a great environment to share quality time with friend and family. The deck and well cared for outdoor space allow you to enjoy in the river view, circle around a firepit and fit in a game of cornhole. We will be back!

Mohican River R&R

This property was the perfect getaway. The home has been completely renovated and is clean, bright, and decorated very tastefully with modern decor and furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped and sat the 7 of us comfortably. The hot tub was awesome, clean and with the right amount of choribe. 7 of us just fit. The beds were very comfortable. The view from this house is outstanding, overlooking the Mohican River. We'd all love to return and experience what this property has to offer in the summer. Hiking in the State Park was only 10 min away and was so pretty in the winter. The fairly steep first hill warmed is up for the rest of the way. Finally, toy have to get pizza from the local restaurant, Trails End, just 10 min away! We would highly recommend staying here!modem

Easter Weekend Family Reunion

We had a small window of time to see my brother in law and sister in law before deployment in the army. The Riverview lodge was a perfect place for us to all be together for the weekend. It was very comfortable for our family of 4, my mother in law, brother in law and brother in law and sister in law. With two huge living rooms and nice sized bedrooms we never felt like we were tripping over one another. The location is great and we loved the huge porch and option of fire pits near the water or on the patio. The weather was not super warm but this would be a great place to stay in summer! The owner, Drew, responded to all of our questions quickly, thanks again to the Moody's for sharing their beautiful riverfront home with us 🙂

Smooth check in, accurate listing, responsive host. Location is beautiful and serene. We loved coffees in the morning overlooking the river and bonfires in the evening. We did the River Run 7.5 mile kayak trip, which drops off 1 property down and is so convenient to not have to wait for the bus. (It took us 3 hrs barely paddling if you are curious). Also just 10 minutes to Landoll's Castle and nearby several nice hiking trails in Mohican. Only complaints would be the strong sulfur odor of the water, which some folks struggled with for showering. Also Internet access was a bit spotty as noted. Other than that this is a great spot for basecamp while exploring the area. Would recommend.

We had a great stay on the river. The house was clean and the kitchen stocked with everything we needed. We also loved the location…. Minutes away from putt putt , hiking , and a nice winery . It was fun sitting outside watching people float down the river in their canoes and kayaks. Check in was also easy . Great stay !
