The townhouse has a game room and two bedrooms with king beds and is full of the latest modern amenities and design. You will fall in love with the many outstanding details of this newly renovated space.
A unique modern townhouse style apartment. Complimentary coffee is available, A great setting for a few nights out with your special one, or if you are exploring Mohican on your own. 5 min to Mohican Adventures.

The 2 bedrooms and the bathroom are on the second floor, kitchen-dining and living room are on the main floor.

The townhouse also has its own game room with a pool table and some room for other activities or games.
I set everything up for self check.
Loudonville is a pleasant and unique little town with lots of history.
The best way around is by vehicle of course, but walking is also easily done around downtown from this location.

Incredible location, super clean and modern rental, host was amazing and easy to contact, identical to all posted pictures, outdoor balcony was a plus. Will surely rent again when in the area in the future. (fyi..only had one full bathroom)

Amazing location

The townhouse was so warm and inviting as we stepped through the door! My daughter and her bf enjoyed playing pool in the basement. My favorite spot was the balcony! It is right by Loudenville park so we just walked out the door to the car show, community sale. It was also nice walking to grab food or ice cream. It was about 10 minutes to the covered bridge in Mohican state park. So location was perfect. We had everything we needed in the townhouse. There was a little confusion on wi-fi password, but we figured it out. The host communicated well with me. We are already trying to decide if we should book again for next year!
