Very nice place. Being right on the lake was gorgeous! The All virtual check in was different, but it was ok. But there was a bug issue in our room. Luckily, I’m not afraid of bugs, but it was a nuisance.

Our stay at the Broadwalk Hotel was a great experience. The environment was relaxing. There was seating on the front porch of the venue that felt like being home. There is a restaurant within walking distance and the food was delicious. After a delicious meal there is an ice cream store and mini golf to enjoy. I can't wait to go back next summer. Eunice

The Boardwalk Inn was very nice overall. Our room was above the front doors and was quite loud with the door opening and closing. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

We stayed 6/12-6/15 for my husband’s birthday and it was truly an amazing stay. Our unit was pristine. The property is well maintained and our lake view was beautiful. We’re definitely going back to stay before the summer ends. We recommend staying at the Boardwalk @ Lake Anna if you’re thinking about visiting!

LOCATION WAS BEAUTIFUL . WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK. THE CHECK IN PROCESS CAUGHT US OFF GUARD BECAUSE IT WAS NOT SPECIFIED IN THE LISTING BUT WE WERE ABLE TO DO IT. OVERALL VERY CLEAN AND QUIET.

Very beautiful property!! The restaurant and activities next door are an awesome bonus. Room and building was clean, unfortunately it did seem like the walls were rather thin and if you had children near by you could definitely hear them. Additionally, staff tried to enter the room to clean twice before we had checked out of the room, and the internet/wifi/tv had major issues making it very hard to watch anything without constant buffering and interruption. Overall a really nice space, would stay here again

The support service was poor. After I complained about the issues in the room, after 24 hours, the cleaning staff temporarily tried to address the issue. There is no maintenance on the site. It is shared with another site. The room was clean when I checked in but during my stay of 3 days the room was not cleaned. The balcony was clean. The building and room code was sent at 3:50 pm. At least the building should have been opened for little early arrival with access to bathrooms, There general area should be kept open until check in time with one support staff to answer questions around 4 pm for couple of hours. The phones were very busy around 4:00 pm. I would rather pay for support staff in general overheads than not having anybody during check in time. The virtual support does not work; especially, when the facility is isolated and nearest facilities for food is 10 miles away. The other guests seem to be confused about check in process and waiting outside to resolve check in issues. I will not book in any facility where there is nobody available to resolve issues, if any.

we did not have a kitchen - but room was wonderful. parking was extremely easy! entrance fantastic - The price was affordable and if it stays that way -- we will continue to search for KASA always!
