"It’s a good hotel with great staff. The beds were comfortable, and the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was tasty, with a wide selection available. "
"Fine for an overnight stay next to the highway, but disappointing for a Van der Valk hotel.
Some good points: easy location, ample free parking, and large rooms with balconies. However this hotel clearly isn’t run to the same high standards as others in the chain. The decor has bumps, scrapes and marks everywhere, and it’s not acceptable to let black mould grow in the shower. "
"The room was nice...cozy...shower ok bathroom is outside but next door. The kitchen didn't have any cooking oil so I asked the lady at the reception if she could provide me something. She said no...I had to insist a lot so that she called her boss who told her to buy a bottle of oil at the shop in front of the hostel. She could have been more attentive and proactive. But the lady at the reception next day was really friendly."
"It's an ok hotel, not luxury, moderately comfortable but the rooms are small and the bathroom has no door.
It's a novelty to stay on a boat and the bar is pretty good (when it's open).
I wouldn't pay extra for the breakfast, again it's ok but nothing better than that. "

"Property was good great location but something i was never experienced in other hotels in other countries was to pay for parking.
I think you cross the line "
"A one night stopover, absolutely perfect for what we needed. Travelling with dogs, the hotel was very accommodating. Underground car park with plenty of space. "
"Great access if arriving by car. Lots of parking
Very clean and spacious room.
Sunken floor bath in room was lovely.
Reception were helpful with getting into city centre.
Tram stop was literally opposite
Very well priced would highly recommend "
"Empty old white room. Dirty walls, dirty curtains, dirty chairs. Not comfortable door to the shower. Spa - nothing special and the stove you have to sit on doesn't heat up and remains cold. Only one socket in the bedside area.
On their page written that you can take a bath and enjoy the view. No, you can’t, tulle transparent and everything visible from outside.
This room was designed by famous Belgian singer, but I think it could be good invite designer and make this space more useful.
Everything in a hotel was nice, but room absolutely not.
Don’t cost this money at all. "
