Pool is seasonal from April to October
Pool is offered heated at additional $75/night during the months of April to Memorial Day and September til end of season in October. Must left me know 48 hours before booking.
Pool is winterize and not available December through February.

No parties.
No smoking. Professional cleaning of interior spaces or garages will be $750
No glass on pool deck
Up to 2 dogs allowed with $200 additional fee. Bringing a pet without authorization will result in penalty.
Max occupancy of 29 guests, should the reservation exceed the maximum, reservation is subject to cancellation
No parking on street, park in driveway only
There are 2 external cameras on the property for your safety; 1 on front entry door and the other on side by garage.
