Renter both units for a group of 10 adults and the place did not disappoint. Spacious living space, stocked bathrooms, clean bedrooms. Host was quick to respond when we needed help with the WiFi. The house met our bourbon trail expectations and was in a prime location to the interstate but also 10 minute uber from whiskey row. Would definitely return :)
From check in to check out the place was so nice with it being in a great location, clean, and just so cute. I would definitely recommend this place for any kind of stay
Our group of 8 stayed at the property for 4 nights. It had plenty of room for all of us. It was near a nice variety of restaurants and we were able to walk to several for meals. It was also nicely located for the areas we visited while in the city.

This is the third time we have rented this property, and there is a good reason we keep coming back. The home is so clean and well stocked that it feels like you’re in your own home. The check-in and rental process are smooth and efficient and Brandon is very responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood for the home is wonderful with local coffee shops and restaurants just walking distance away!
4 of us were in town for an expo at the Kentucky Expo Center, so we did not spend a ton of time at the house, but was a great clean place to come back to after a long day. The property manager, Brandon, always responded to my messages right away and made the check in/out process very easy. Will definitely be looking to stay here again when we are back next year.

A group of eight adults stated this location and rented the upstairs and downstairs. It was perfect to wagon wheel out of and visit the various Bourbon distillery. Quiet, easy-going neighborhood easy access to downtown and very clean. The check-in was a smooth process and the owner was prompted, sending messages and answering questions. Very clean and all the amenities necessary for nice day. Highly recommended for your next vacation.
