Only 35 minutes from downtown Louisville and 10 minutes from historic downtown La Grange. This is the perfect place for family or friends to get together and slow down for a week. Peaceful setting with trails to explore, wildlife to see, a full soccer field, 2 pickleball courts, full court basketball, and so much more! This will be the vacation your kids talk about for years to come! 5500 total interior square feet for you all to spread out, with 30 acres to explore outside!
The home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and 2 full kitchens. There are 4 king beds and 2 queen beds in the house.
The Barn features an array of amenities and games, an apartment with a king bed, kitchenette, and an attached full bathroom. The loft above boasts 3 queen beds, a poker table, and a cozy hangout area.
All linens and towels are provided for guests, along with shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. Basketballs, pickleball racquets, and balls are provided. Poker playing set, kid's toys, and board games as well.
Guests have access to the main home, the large red barn, the field in the front of the property, the trampoline, the playground, and are free to explore the 30 acre property including woods and trails. Guests do not have access to the smaller Red barn or the “horse barn” next to the soccer field.
