Located in the popular, historic and very walkable Clifton Neighborhood, this adorable property is a comfortable, cozy, well equipped one bedroom efficiency plus with a kitchenette. It is technically part of a duplex; however, the unit does not share any walls directly with the front unit. It has its own private entrance located to the rear of the property, accessed by the front steps and a walkway to the right of the home. Our little place has everything you need in an awesome spot!
