  • This a DUPLEX home and the OUTDOOR SPACE IS SHARED with one other Airbnb on the property. For PRIVACY, please please book the Ultraviolet Pirate Bay. 



    Please note that the surrounding neighborhood has an older, more urban feel that may not appeal to everyone. That said, we have wonderful neighbors and have never experienced any safety concerns.

    Additionally, the property is located on a busy street, so some street noise may be heard during your stay.



    PARENTS:- Please note that this property may not be ideal for families with children due to nearby adult entertainment venues, and the hot tub area is not enclosed by a gate.

    - Please understand there is another Airbnb on the property and therefore a potential for noise. 

    - This is a duplex home and the OUTDOOR space is shared with another unit, including: Hot Tub, Fire Table (propane), Front and Back yard. 

    - All of the INDOOR living area is completely your own, and includes: 

    UPSTAIRS: - 2 Bedrooms (Queen), 1 Ba (Shower) 

    DOWNSTAIRS: -Living Area (Full Futon), Dining Area (Seating for 4), Kitchen (Full-size Fridge/Full-size Oven), 1/2 Bath (Toilet+Sink) 

    ~-~-~ House Rules ~-~-~ 

    - You must be at least 21 to rent. 

    - There is NO SMOKING allowed inside the house. This includes cigarettes AND marijuana. Please place butts in the available ashtrays outside. You will be fined $250 for violations. 

    -There is NO tolerance for parties. Any reservation in violation of this rule will be cancelled immediately without a refund and subject to a $1000 cancellation fee.

    -Noise must be kept to a respectful minimum from 12PM - 8AM on weekdays (Sun-Thur), and from 2AM - 8AM on weekends (Fri-Sat).

    - There is a small parking area behind the house for up to 3 cars. 

    - Please do not block the driveway for other guests.

    - Check-in is strictly after 4PM. 

    - Please be advised, early check-ins and late check-outs are based on availability and will be charged at $20/hr. 

    - Please reach out on the day of check-in or check-out for the most up-to-date availability.

Like the atmosphere

It's been a nice place love the homie feeling when you come in. The hot tub is a nice plus we liked the black light setup and mural. Had all amenities. Nice place.

Awesome!

Awesome place to stay! Kind of a sketchy neighborhood but the place makes up for itself. Tall fence surrounding the backyard where you can park your car, locked gate as well. In the back is a very nice lounging area with a beautiful kind of glow in the dark mural, and then you can’t get any better than a hot tub. Thanks for the awesome stay!

Little get away

The overall experience was pretty good. If booking just be mindful that the property is in a not as safe area of the neighborhood. Also a thing to keep in mind that it’s a shared property so getting hot tub time might be a challenge if there’s others on the property, and if you have mobility issues with stairs they are super steep just keep that in mind! Over all communication was great!

This property in in the ghetto. Boarded up houses, with no security. Promised thst the gate to the backyard would be closed and locked but wide open when we got there with active drug addicts staying there in the back half of the duplex. Very misleading pics and description.
