Comfortable, spacious 3-bedroom/2-bath unit is the entire 2nd floor of a 2-story building just steps away from great food and drink. You won't find a more convenient spot for your private getaway from home. Walk to some of the best in Louisville. Easy access to downtown, interstates, airport, parks. Many area businesses are open now!

You'll have the entire spacious 2nd floor of this brick office building in the best Highlands location, plus a big outdoor rooftop deck all for just you and your guests. The attractive living space features two completely remodeled full baths and new kitchen, a large bedroom with king bed, 2nd bedroom with 2 double beds, and 3rd bedroom with twin bunk beds. (A full-size air bed is stored on site, and futon sofa in sunroom unfolds into a twin bed so guests have options.)

Step outside the front door, and you are next to a coffee shop, retail, fine dining, bars, and fast food, and just two blocks away from a movie theater, grocery, pubs, and more. Many businesses are open with some Covid-19 restrictions for visitor safety. (Convenient location does come with some street noise.)
