One city block from Bardstown Rd./restaurant row & numerous restaurants and boutiques! The Highlands is the safest and most walkable neighborhood close to downtown and the Ky exposition! Designer-inspired, this home is perfect for professionals, family, and friends!
    Southern Comfort is the entire Cape Cod-style home located in the safest, most walkable neighborhood close to downtown. It has off-street parking right at the lower level rear door. While the lower level isn't handicap accessible by definition, There is easy access for a wheelchair or someone who cannot do stairs to enter the hangout space, a bedroom, and a bathroom.
