Rental Agreement & Security Hold: Guests must e-sign our rental agreement and Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.

5) Security: For your safety and property protection, security cameras are located on the exterior of the home, monitoring the front area. There are no cameras inside the home or in the private backyard patio area.
6) Check-in/Check-out: We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs on days with same-day turnarounds to ensure the home is perfectly prepared for you. For other days, an early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, please inquire.

8) Cancellation Fees: For cancellations of bookings made on platforms other than Airbnb, a 3% card processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
