GREAT location minutes from Churchill Downs, Highlands, Downtown Louisville and more! Walking distance to lots of local restaurants, bars and brewery! Cozy living room with a large sectional couch, a 55" TV with Fire stick & Sling TV for live streaming/movies. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking & opens up into dining room with large table! Washer & dryer ready for use. Great outdoor lounge space under the pergola with fire pit! Absolutely NO PARTIES!!! There is video surveillance on the outside of the property- parties will be shut down immediately!!

Plenty of room

We celebrated Thanksgiving with 9 family nembers and we had plenty of riom and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Any questions we had were answered within an hour by the host. Everything was exactly as described in listing. We had a great time staying there.

Spacious and very clean.

Great house & enough room for a large family of 6. Questions answered in minutes by owener. Comfortable beds. Very safe location. Road construction caused alittle bit of an issue with parking and we had to park on a side street but once the construction is finished parking should be open on both sides of the road again. Alot of very interesting details in the decor if you look close enough 🙂 Great house and would stay here again!
