Very cute, up to date apartment in Butchertown. This area is an older part of Louisville but close to restaurants and breweries and 10 minutes from downtown. Coffee was included but there was no carafe. We contacted the owner and we had one within minutes. Bradley answered questions promptly. The building is old so noise echoes in the hallway and we could hear footsteps in the unit above us but it was only occasional and in no way interfered with our stay. Would stay again.
