THE SPACE
• Sleeps 2-4 Comfortably: One King Bed + One Queen Sofa Bed. 🛏️
• Kitchenette: Equipped with microwave, coffee bar, and mini-fridge.
• Living Area: Open concept studio with tons of space for 2 and additional travelers.

AMENITIES & ACCESS
• Parking: One off-street spot is available at the rear of the property with additional free parking along Main Street 🚗.
• Access: Guests will have access to the suite with a digital keyless door lock.
• Cleaning: Supplies available for your convenience.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
We are an integrated partner with Airbnb. As such, our guests are required to complete a separate host rental agreement that will be sent to you after booking. Additionally, a credit card will be required to authorize a $300 security deposit hold. This hold will be released upon checkout as long as no damages or excess mess is done at the property.
