It is beautifully furnished, modern and has more than 450 m² of living space.The property is located just 1 km from Ancao Beach which is sandy and has 2 great beach bars, open for breakfast lunch and dinner. The villa is situated in a quiet neighbourhood which is surrounded by the Ria Formosa Nature Park.The accommodation has a beautiful, well maintained and fully stocked garden, private swimming pool (heated on request at €250 per stay), large terrace with garden furniture, sunbeds and a barbecueIn addition the house has internet (Wi-Fi), air conditioning throughout, balcony from each of the first floor bedrooms, secure outdoor parking and a television. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and wine fridge.The property also has a basement where you will find a small utility area with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Desilusão

A casa é antiga, precisa de obras, não tem mobiliário de estar de exterior confortável, imensas formigas durante a estadia. Toalhas de piscina e de banho demasiado pequenas e de fraca qualidade. Desapareceu-me um fio de ouro caríssimo e sei que foi na casa, nunca o usei fora de casa.
