"Room was nice and clean. Had great breakfast variety and the staff was really nice and attentive. I tried to book a massage but because it is a third party company it takes time to book so the reservation after 4 tries could not be done. Nonetheless the other spa spaces are clean and great. Paola, was really sweet and caring. She made sure to explain the amenities properly and gave great and truthful recommendations of places and things to do."

"My husband and I spent a part of our honeymoon at Vale Do Lobo. We really enjoyed the accommodations. We had a private apartment with a pool, which was lovely. We enjoyed the on-site restaurants, golf, and the pool area. We even went to the beach one day. The accommodations were great! They provided us with espresso for the Nespresso machine. Gave us a loaf of bread and a bottle of wine. We had everything we could need at the apartment."

"Overall, the hotel is worthy of 4 stars. The staff were exceptional from the outset. We had a few minor issues but they were resolved quickly. We especially want to thank Bruno and Leonora. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. We would definitely stay here again."

"After an issue checking in where our booking was lost Jose placed us in a fab Junior Suite with kitchenette, sofa and bed. All hyper clean with great view of the beach and harbour entrance. Breakfast was the best with great choice from cooked to fruit & yoghurt to pastries. Always love coming to stay and never let's us down. Always recommend Vilamoura and especially the Ampalius."
