Villa Amarela is a beautiful, spacious villa with private pool

The villa near Boliqueime has 4 bedrooms and has capacity for 8 people. It is located a few minutes drive from the sea.Please note, there is a house in construction near Villa Amarela.This elegant villa offers peace and tranquility but is ideally located just a few minutes drive from all amenities. Built on a hill-side, the villa has great views from the rear terrace and offers lots of space, ideal for families.Entering the villa the bright entrance hall leads to the beautiful fully fitted kitchen which offers electric oven and hob, micro wave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and electric kettle.The large living area has dining table and chairs, flat screen TV and double patio doors leading on to the terrace, gardens and swimming pool.There are 2 bedrooms on this floor; one with double bed and the other with twin single beds. There are also 2 bathrooms.These bedrooms share a large terrace which offers stunning views over the local countryside. Stairs lead to the lower level which has 2 further bedrooms, again one with double bed and the other with twin single beds and 2 bathrooms. These bedrooms lead out on to a shared terrace.All bedrooms have lots of wardrobe space.The living room and bedrooms have air conditioning.Travel cots are 25 Euros per reservation and baby chairs 10 Euros per reservation.One of the great features of this villa is the stunning BBQ area which is raised and overlooks the swimming pool. The pretty gardens are well established with pretty plants and local shrubs.Please note the villa is accessed by steps or a slope so is probably not ideal for people with mobile difficulties.A car is really needed when staying at this villa.This is a self-catering property. We do not provide any cleaning products except for a small starter pack, therefore it is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each toilet but these are not replenished during your stay.
