Fantastic Holiday

There were nine of us, kids included, who stayed here. The villa is only a mile or so from Amancil and about a 5 minute drive from the Praia de Lobo beach, which is beautiful. There are various supermarkets in easy driving distance (about 5 minutes) along with numerous restaurants or various sorts. Villa Limao is even lovelier than the pictures make it look. Sitting out on the patio until the wee hours was amazing and the garden itself was very peaceful and soothing. The pool was great; hard to get the kids out of it. Carlos and his daughter met us on the first day, Carlos let us know he was available 24 hours should we need him however the villa was fantastic so we didn't need to reach out. He checked in a couple of times over the fortnight we were there just to ensure we were having a good time. The villa had everything we needed and everyone is keen to return at some time in the future as they thoroughly enjoyed their trip.

Family Celebration Holiday

This beautiful villa was perfect for our family. Spacious, safe, lovely large garden with activities and a wonderful pool. Added bonus of farm anninals and play area surrounded by orange trees which the children loved to pick to make juice every day. Carlos could not have been more helpful and made us feel so welcome. We would love to come back and would highly recommend.

Great week

The house has been fine, but the magic place have been the swimming-pool and the fine weather. The nice beatch and the sea water temperature have been the candle over the cake. The farm and the animals in it have special effect over the kids.

The outside area is way bigger than it seems!However, the house is also the first one in the villa, so everyone passes by you. The parking lot for the villa is right in front of the house, and the wall is like 1.3 meters only, so there's not a lot of privacy.

Villa near Almancil

This was a great villa on a small farm. Fresh oranges from the orchards for morning juice and lots of entertainment from the pigs, piglets, horses, ponies, hens and ducks for the children (and adults)! The pool was great, my husband got to do his daily lengths and Carlos had put a fence around the pool so were happy the kids were safe. A short drive took us to many beaches and we had a few nice meals in good restaurants nearby. Carlos and his wife were great hosts, very helpful and friendly. I would certainly recommend the villa and the location.

Family get together

The accommodations were just what we needed. Plenty of room for everyone and enough activities to keep us busy if we wanted to be or we could relax by the pool or in the beautiful garden . We will definitely come back! Carlos and his family were so helpful , thank you!

Fantastic villa

We have just returned from a weeks stay in the V5 villa. 6 adults, 2 children and 1 infant. Spacious enough to accommodate us all. Carlos provided a good travel cot and fenced off the pool for us . Site safe and fantastic for children as plenty of space to explore and see the animals. Carlos even let us pick the fruit we wanted. He was an excellent host. Crazy golf and play park on site. Unfortunately we never got to go to his residents bar but hope to next time. Thank you Carlos and family.

Excellent facilities and location

This Villa an excellent choice for large groups and families. We were are a family of 9 with two teenage grandchildren and a 9 year old grandson. The Villa is located within a gated farm area owned and operated by Carlos and his family. Our grandchildren were never bored with the large pool in constant use and with visiting and feeding food scraps to the numerous animals. Carlos and his family could not have been more helpful or friendly and I have no hesitation in recommending this Villa

Lovely Villa, great pool & slide! Friendly Owner

Two families of four with a grandmother had a great 2 week stay. This is a good size villa with lovely grounds for children to play and good size pool (fence around the pool was added for our arrival so children where safe)! The children loved the slide into the pool and the play area in the wider grounds of the farm. Carlos the owner is great, very friendly and welcoming. Would have been nice to have an information pack of the things to do in the area or advise when market days are and some basics in the villa like oil, salt, pepper, etc would have been good - but no real problem. Would recommend for both family holidays or a quiet relaxing break to lounge by the pool!

Well equipped villa with nice garden and located within grounds offering a feel of rural living.

We had a great stay. The villa had good sized rooms with shower/bath facilities either ensuite or in close proximity. The swimming pool was enjoyed by the kids but a bit cold for me at the beginning of the season but we all enjoyed the table tennis and pool table. Very friendly owner who provided fresh eggs from the hens and oranges from the orchards and the grounds within which the villa is situated also host goats sheep and pigs and a mini golf course which helped to keep the kids entertained. Well situated being 20 minutes from the airport and 5 minute drive from the beach.

Maravillosa estancia

Acabamos de pasar unos días de vacaciones en una de las casas propiedad de Carlos y sólo podemos hablar cosas buenas. Todo un lujo poder disponer de amplias habitaciones, con baño privado en cada una de ellas, salón espacioso, cómodos sofás... Y la zona de jardin punto y aparte, con su piscina, barbacoa, pinos que dan una buena sombra, césped bien cuidado... Aparte, hay una zona común muy acogedora con servicio de bar, con mini golf, futbolín, pequeño parquecito para los más pequeños, billar, patos... Y Carlos siempre atento para que no falte de nada o para resolver cualquier problema que pudiera haber. Zona tranquila, muy cerca de un súper y de las playas. Totalmente recomendable para pasar unos días de vacaciones. Antonio Córdoba (Sevilla).

Vacaciones geniales!!!

En agosto fuimos 3 parejas con dos perretes y estuvimos realmente agusto!! La casa muy limpia, es un puntazo que todas las habitaciones tengan baño!! Sabanas y toallas nuevas, piscina grandecita, barbacoa.... el entorno es ideal, tienes tu zona privada de aparcamiento y sino quieres no tienes por qué cruzarte con nadie, el recinto es cerrado y muy seguro. Tiene pista de tenis (te dejan las raquetas y pelotas), minigolf gratuito, zona chill out con wifi gratis, etc. Nosotros fuimos sin niños, pero disfrutamos como ellos, dando de comer a los cerditos, ovejas, cabras, caballos, patos, ponis... Antes de llegar a la casa nos echaba un poco para atrás el tema de tanto animal, bichos, etc, pero la verdad que no había mucho insecto, si es cierto que a nuestra casa le faltaban unas mosquiteras en las ventanas, ya que a algunas personas les picaron un par de mosquitos, pero nada mas!! Los dueños super amables y atentos, nos recomendaron varios sitios para ir a visitar y comer.... todos ellos geniales!! Espero repetir el verano que viene sin duda!!! MUY RECOMENDABLE!!!

Casa perfecta !!!

Hemos estado 10 españoles, la casa es perfecta, bien cuidada, jardin muy amplio, piscina muy limpia, habitaciones grandes, bien equipada. Tiene billar y tenis de mesa. El dueño es Carlos, una persona muy agradable y siempre preocupado de que todo esté en perfectas condiciones. Supermercado muy cerca de la casa. En nuestro caso fuimos a jugar a golf y tambien los tienen en perfectas condiciones. Muchas gracias por el trato recibido y un fuerte abrazo.

Perfect holiday!

We liked our stay very much, from day one we felt very much at home. The welcome was perfect and we got the full tour around the house and everything was explained also the service during the week was great, when we had questions or problems they were solved and answered asap. Also the house was in perfect state and we could make use of everything. The surrounding area is very nice and peaceful, nice location for children also with the animal farm around the house. If we would ever go to Portugal again, I would be perfectly fine to go to the same place in the same house. good holiday guaranteed!
