Great hotel location. The hotel staff is great, they really go above and beyond to serve and help the guests. Special thanks To Daniela who helped with everything.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Felix was super quick in getting our luggage to our room and very friendly. The hotel in general was a very good stay, comfortable and clean. 5 star in my book.

Hotel is at a very convenient and safe location, right beside Liberdade avenue, and within walking distance to Chiado. Room is clean and well maintained

Excellent workshops everyday incl walking tours (not a good guide though), lobby amenities were great, reception staff helpful, Expedia room upgrade wasn’t available, carpet in the room not good. Location is fantastic, restaurant was average for dinner though breakfast was very, very good.

This property is very near a subway station, so you can reach any part of the city easily. The room was very clean, and the A/C worked well. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet
