"We were told that check in was until 8pm, no exceptions. So we organized our entire day to ensure we were there by 8pm. "Our room, the property, the staff and the breakfast were great. Parking very easy. The staff was wonderful refunding our breakfast on the last day because the power was out and they couldn't make it for us. The only negative is that you can't drink the tap water. This made it very inconvenient to brush teeth, rinse out our water bottles, and to be dependent on plastic water bottles."

"We had a very good experience staying at this all-inclusive hotel. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of choices and great quality at every meal. The customer service was outstanding as well — staff were always friendly, helpful, and made the stay feel special. The beach was another highlight: clean, well-kept, and a beautiful place to relax. On the other hand, there isn’t much to do around the hotel outside of the property, so if you’re looking for activities or exploring the area, options are quite limited. Also, the evening entertainment was only in French, which made it hard to fully enjoy if you don’t speak the language."
