Apartment was spacious and comfortable with easy crossflow ventilation per balconies with table/chairs on east and west ends. Had some sea view over shrubbery. "This is the second year we have stayed at the lovely Viva Mare, we have already booked again for next year. This little gem of a hotel is amazing and you will not be disappointed. The welcome you get from Chrissa, Maria and the team is wonderful, they are always on hand and can help you with any questions you may have, booking trips and restaurants. The hotel is very clean and all the rooms are spacious, cleaned every day and well equipped with cooking facilities (microwave, hob and fridge freezer) if you wish to eat in. Breakfast is varied and top quality. The pool is a good size with a poolside bar for drinks and snacks. There are plenty of sunbeds and seating areas around the poolside. It is child friendly with various pool toys available and a shallow area.
It is a ten minute downhill walk into town (the walk back up to the hotel is quite steep and not suitable if you any mobility issues). In the town you will find plenty of restaurants, boutique style shops, beach bars and you can hire sunbeds on the beach. You could either take a boat trip around the coast or hire your own small boat. If you choose to hire a car the villages nearby also have some lovely restaurants. Highly recommend."
