"I really like how the property was gated and equipped with a generator. The area was very quiet. The rooms were big. Very homey. Felt like a home away from home. Children enjoyed the pool and all of the amenities. Totally a great option for family travel."

"We had an exceptional 16-night stay, and this was without a doubt the best rental experience we have ever had.The location is unbeatable. Situated on the west side of the island, directly across from Love Beach, you get quick and easy beach access within just a few minutes’ walk. Perfect for anyone looking for beachfront proximity without the crowds.Stephanie is a truly outstanding host. Extremely responsive, attentive, and proactive, she made sure everything was seamless from start to finish. Communication was fast, easy, and always helpful.The property is located in a secure gated community with cameras, offering both safety and peace of mind. Having 24/7 access to the gym and two swimming pools is a major bonus and adds real value to the stay.Everything you need is close by. Grocery stores, restaurants, a liquor store, and convenience shops are all within a 5 to 10-minute drive, making day-to-day living effortless.The condo itself is spacious, spotless, and very well equipped. The kitchen is fully stocked and highly functional, making it easy to cook and feel at home. The layout is comfortable and thoughtfully designed.The area is also very quiet, making it ideal for relaxing, unwinding, or working remotely without distractions.We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Nassau. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation."
Beach, Ocean View Pool, King Bed - Walking distance to Restaurants & the Beach!

"We stayed at the Caribbean cottage for 2 weeks. It was spotlessly clean and check in was great with Alicia. The property is well located with many good restaurants nearby and in a quiet area. You do need a car to get around although there is a bus stop close by. We had a toddler and enjoyed the little beach nearby and the pool. Nassau is about a 20-25 min drive away. We also loved Goodman's Bay beach. The kitchen was well stocked incl a blender and a large fridge. Could probably use another frying pan. We were 5 adults and a toddler and had lots of room, a large dining table and comfortable couches. It was never super hot but the AC worked well although we preferred the ocean breeze. We also enjoyed sitting out on the porch and looking at the water. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king bed with the most spectacular view of the ocean!When we had any concerns, Alicia was quick to respond. The owner, Sandy was also a very good communicator. This truly is a Caribbean cottage, not super modern or fancy- probably more rustic- but for us was a fantastic base for our holiday in Nassau. It was good value compared to other listings."

"Luther was easy to communicate with and prompt to respond. Nice location. Little beach just down from the home. Very few people used the beach while we were there. Nice having 2 restaurants next door but Friday and Saturday one of them had a band/DJ so loud those 2 nights. The master bedroom has a half circle window above sliding doors. There is no curtain or covering to block light from the half circle. Also there is a skylight in the 3rd floor bedroom as well. We traveled as a family of 6 and overall enjoyed our stay. "

"The rooms were clean and well equipped with towels, blankets and other miscellaneous items such as an iron and toiletries. Kitchen was also equipped with cooking essentials. We did purchase additional supplies such as paper towels, dish soap and toilet paper. If you need a rental car, inquire with host as she may be able to connect you with local services. Overall a good stay, we enjoyed the location, it was walking distance to restaurants and the ocean. The house was a good size for a group of 7. "

"The property was incredible. However, at this rate, I did expect everything to be in top shape and, unfortunately the age and/or lack of maintenance was showing. We had multiple pieces of outdoor furnishing broken, hot tub didn't get more than warm, little to no hot water for showers, broken dishwasher and challenging internet connectivity. "
