"The rooms are tired, could do with some refurbishment and although they were cleaned daily felt old and a bit grubby. But what makes this place stand out is the staff. Every interaction i had, from checking in, booking an excursion to sitting and relaxing at the pool bar, every member of staff was friendly, personable and wanted to do anything to make you welcome. I wouldn’t rush to come back to the rooms, but for the staff i would 1000% come back"

"Fabulous. Breakfast was perfect and fresh and the entire property is clean and crystal clear pool. Rico is so organized and detail oriented creating a wonderful environment and experience. We will surely make Orange Hill our place to go the next time we are in Nassau. It is quiet and original island style."

"The property is in a beautiful setting, the view and being right on the beach was fabulous. The house was roomy, comfortable and well appointed, though oddly configured for sleeping quarters. The large gas stove was nice but the oven and a couple burners did not work and were not able to be fixed while we were there. Otherwise, the kitchen had a lot of dishes and utensils (no skillet or colander though) for use for a large group. We were able to do laundry, which was great, but it was located in the the separate lower level apartment, so it was a bit inconvenient. The deck around the pool and stairs to the beach could use a bit of updating."

"Place was excellent, beautiful and more than what we could have asked. We rented a car and was really nice to get everywhere. House was very cool, pool was warm (perfect temp) and walking across the street to the “private” beach was incredible. Nothing to complain about - would come back"

"The view of the ocean was lovely. The pool was great. The house is very tired. Lots of things broken , not working and worn out. Kitchen definitely needs improvement from getting a fridge in the kitchen that works to glassware. There’s no shot glasses. The dishwasher wouldn’t clean thoroughly. The kitchen lights are mostly burnt out. Soap dispensers broken. Not a lot of privacy from adjacent property which is very busy with guests. The highway to grids to beach is very busy, noisy and dangerous for children to cross on their own. The beach is perfectly quiet and not busy so it’s perfect for seclusion. Only 6 minutes from airport and easy to get to restaurants and grocery stores."
