OUTDOOR LIVING: Private backyard with lights, a BBQ grill, and outdoor seating. There is also a community BBQ area, fire pit, and a clubhouse where you can check out kayaks for a fun afternoon on the water!

A dedicated laptop-friendly workspace.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, kitchen island, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener
BATHROOMS: There is a half bathroom on the main level and two full bathrooms upstairs. We also include hair dryers, soap, shampoo, and conditioner for every guest stay.
GENERAL: High speed WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, central heating and air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron and cleaning essentials.
PARKING: Driveway parking for two vehicles and street parking are available
Enjoy a fun day paddle boarding at Boyd Lake, head up to Fort Collins for a brewery tour, Horsetooth Reservoir Lake, or take a day trip to Rocky Mountain National Park and a beautiful sunset in Estes. Another unique spot for hiking and mountain biking near the town is Devil's Backbone open space.
Travelers interested in water activities should consider venturing to Pinewood Reservoir or Carter Lake Reservoir. Pinewood Reservoir does not allow motorized boats, but it’s a popular spot for canoes and kayaks. Carter Lake Reservoir is the site of a much larger lake that permits motorized boats, and they’re even available for rent at the marina.
Golf fans will be happy to hear that Loveland is home to three courses. For visitors looking to play a full eighteen-hole game, consider a trip to Mariana Butte Course or The Olde Course at Loveland.
