"When we got to our room, there was a stain on the bed, no toilet paper anywhere to be found, the carpet didn't look like it had been vacuumed, cushions on the chairs were hanging off. Overall, it felt like a very dirty room. We were supposed to spend 4 nights at the lodge and we ended up spending 30 minutes there and leaving to book a room at the hotel down the road for 4 nights instead. "

"Oh man this place where do I begin, the swimming pool was my favorite part it was huge and went down to 8 ft deep. A true 70’s community pool classic. The rooms while old were well maintained clean and fancy feeling, the hard wood everywhere and the ceramic bathtub?! I mean for real this place is the real deal, the onsite restaurant is pretty decent and their game room 24/7 Excellent value here and amazing views wow. I miss it already!!!"

"Exceptional condo, very clean and luxurious. Love the location in a quiet neighborhood but still convenient to River Run. The floor plan was perfect for our teenaged children to sleep downstairs and have some privacy/separation from us upstairs. The hot tub outside the door is a huge plus. "

"The stay was nice and the pool and hot tubs were good too.The fold out coach mattress was pretty bad though and the two top bunk mattresses were so thin you could feel the bar under you. I did find a feather topper in the closet so used that on one the second night. There could also be some additional glasses."

"The home was exactly as described. It is a short 5-10 min drive to Keystone depending on conditions. The hot tubs are a 2 min walk and were operating well. It was a great place to stay for our guys ski weekend. "

"We had a great time staying here! Just a short drive from skiing at Keystone and everything was clean and organized. One that was not great was the bunk bed could only hold 125 pounds and we didn't know until we arrived. So if you're planning to use all the beds just be prepared!"

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Structure and Location were great. Home is a little dated with worn/dirty rugs, dirty dining seats, no Keurig coffee maker, and a really nasty/old outdoor grill. Also the kitchen utensils are really worn and very piece meal.None of these by themselves would stop me from renting the home again but they could all make your stay a little bit easier and nicer.Overall, it was a nice place to stay for a vacation."
