"In entire townhouse, they heated seriously without considering ventilation. It is even hard to breath if you stay long in the lobby and in the room area. Once you sleep one night, you will realise the consequence of this bad air condition. You can easily feel headaches. I had to seal door gaps with some tapes to survive in the room. Check out is 10AM. "I would say that this space is "ok". There are pros and cons to any vacation rental and this property is no different. The pros are location (fantastic - especially with kids), parking (easy and heated), and cleanliness. However, the fireplace does not work, the building has plumbing issues, and windows are drafty. "Kindred Resort is a beautiful new addition to Keystone with the potential to become one of the area’s premier mountain hotels. Our stay started with excellent valet service and a warm, efficient check-in. The property has a modern mountain design that feels upscale yet relaxed. Rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully appointed, with comfortable beds, great A/C for summer, a large shower, quality bath products, and a generously sized mini fridge. The pool area is well designed, with comfortable cabanas and a temporary poolside bar. There are also three restaurants onsite plus a separate hotel bar, where the staff were especially friendly and engaging. Lula’s was the main disappointment. Our dinner server was wonderful, but the kitchen was extremely slow. Breakfast was worse, with poor service, another long kitchen delay, and pancakes that tasted far below what we would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Kindred’s greatest asset may be its location. The mountain views are breathtaking, and the immediate proximity to River Run Village is hard to beat. Given that Kindred had been open less than two months, some growing pains are understandable. We will absolutely return and hope the restaurant operations improve as the resort settles in."

"Nice property, welll-kept. A few crumbs from prior visitors and a big kitchen (good thing!) was slightly tough to find some utensils (why don't VRBOs ever come with a pizza slicer....?). The included Ninja blender made protein shakes a breeze, location ON the Snake River at 9,300' -- WOW! Great place, as described, etc. :)"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in a great location on the edge of River Run. The property was beautiful with trees and flowers and it didn’t feel crowded at all. Plenty of rooms and large dining areas inside and on the deck. Two things that prevented the 5 star - the first is the Miele Espresso machine never did work and the rental co was very responsive and did send someone out right away to try and fix it but couldn’t. Repair people wouldn’t be out till after we left. The second is the floors in the kitchen and living room were dirty. You could walk without shoes on or your socks and/or feet would dark with dirt. Our one year old granddaughter couldn’t crawl around. It looked like someone had done a quick mop over and spot vacuum - but not well. Great experience overall and would recommend it but at the price, I’d like to be able to make my coffee in the morning in bare feet. :)"
