"The room was clean. Bed was comfortable, walls were extremely thin. You could hear your neighbor next door watching T. V and washing their hands in the bathroom. Gentlemen, who checked us in was friendly i just wish I did not have to listen to 2 or 3 children run up-and-down the hall back and forth for over an hour, they placed us right in front of the elevator in a handicapped accessible room, which we did not ask for and did not need. It was noisy, right there. I kind of thought they would have put us somewhere else, because what if a handicapped person needed that room. And now it was not available. And they were not at full capacity for room space"

"The place is older but has been well-maintained. The room was comfortable and extremely clean. The staff was friendly and friendly. We can’t wait to go back!"

"When we turned on the hot tub in our room, scum shot out of the jets, and one of the jets broke off and hit me. I tried talking to the staff about it that night and in the morning but weren’t offered much help due to management not being there. We were told that management would follow up with us via email and we haven’t heard back in days. "

"Room was great, the waterpark was great for the family. It was a little loud, but to be expected with all the kids there."

"We had difficulty using the heater. Bathroom floor was dirty, also on the second day the shower water didn’t drain. Couch upholstery was ripped, could be fixed with a sewing kit. There was a lovely hot tub and fire pits on a new deck and some of the carpeting has been replaced."
