Overall this property was mostly good. The location is perfect. The beds and rooms were tidy and equipped with everything you would expect from any respectable hotel. The view from the windows were spectacular. The breakfast was very thorough. And the gym was a nice touch. The only issue was the air conditioning which was just not to the standard one would expect for the price and of a hotel of this standard. In fairness we stayed during the hottest part of the year and it got to 37 degrees celsius. However, even on the "cooler" days the air con was ineffective only blowing a mere draft not even a cool one just some air into the room. This detracted from what would have been an otherwise fantastic stay. Overall if you're not staying during summer I would recommend but if during summer seek alternatives.

Spacious, clean, quiet, had everything needed with some really nice well thought out extras! Good location, very short walk from the tram and train station straight from the airport. Rio vibes, great value for money.

Great location, clean room, such friendly staff, easy and safe to walk to places of interest. The breakfast was plentiful and included in the price, great value for money so close to the centre of Vienna. The only improvement I would suggest would be tea/coffee making facilities in the room or in Reception.

Room with window/view of outdoor elevator shaft. Staff not familiar with Expedia platinum VIP access properties benefits. Hotel manager not on premises, not reach-able by reception.
