"The room was very clean and exactly what we needed. We were there for a sports tournament and when we mentioned we had to be at the complex for 7am they said they would have breakfast ready for 630. This helped so many parents the next day. Completely unexpected and above and beyond customer service "

"Customer service was very good, and it's a great hotel. The only issue was the power outage and emergency evacuation. My husband is elderly, and he had a lot of trouble making it outdoors in the dark stairwell, with people pushing, etc. He had a few bumps and bruises. Then we stood outside in the very cold weather and no announcement was made on when to come back in. I think staff did their best in a difficult situation, but it seemed like confusion and lack of coordination on what exactly to do -- including how to gain entry into our room again with our key. Again, appreciate the staff trying to do what they could. "
