"Located directly at the lower (west) end of downtown SLO, this was a perfect home base for extensive walking tours of the historic Mission and beyond. Clean rooms, recently upgraded, easy parking, very friendly staff, all you want in a vacatiin home base for a night or two!"

"My review is based on the price of the hotel, which is pretty high considering what else you can get for the same money. We paid almost $400 for a single room with two full sized beds (we thought they were queens). The check in process was good and staff was nice. We weren’t able to choose our room, just which size and bed arrangement, it would greatly increase the satisfaction of coming here to be able to select which room you get. We weren’t pretty dissapointed with ours which really dragged...
