"You cant check-in till 4pm and the pool closes at 5pm. So basically if you want to use the pool then you have to stay for an extended period which is a scam considering I have to pay the resort fee regardless of length of stay. Everything is automated now which is nice in a way, but made the experience ..."

Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City– A Caesars Rewards Destination
"I’m Not at all happy with the stay. I asked the front desk can I check out 30 min late check out and they said no. It was worst and disappointing. Not at all happy I was. Won’t come back again. And won’t recommend. Zero star and worst customer service."
