"Upon check in we met Elena who welcomed us with a great humor. I will never forget her. She made me laugh so much and recall our time when we were in Old Yugoslavia. As we spoke the language, she upgraded our room and gave us the best room she had. The place, the furniture and amenities were newly decorated and beautiful.
