As you walk into the hotel, the reception area is beautifully presented (and this was even more so with it being Christmas time). The room was clean, as was the bathroom. The reception team were welcoming and helpful. The hotel was in a great location too!

I was surprised as the hotel is rated 5 stars but only 2 check out counter and the lobby is very small. refrigerator cannot be used as it filled with hotel drink items (charge if remove).
