Our apartment overlooked the pool and golf course and Mullet Bay beach in the distance. The condos were well situated with lots to do in Maho and Cupecoy. We would recommend 14 Mullet Bay to anyone travelling to Sint Maarten!

The room was very clean, but lacked some of the basics. Only one small bar of soap for the bathroom, and one and a half rolls of toilet paper. That being said, it was only a minor inconvenience. We did like having the combo washer and dryer-big plus!
The views from our balcony were amazing overlooking our personal favorite beach, Mullet Bay!

This place is really fantastic. The views are unbeatable. It was very clean and modern. Some oddities: No clocks, no Kleenex, a flat sheet was used instead of a fitted sheet, and then no top sheet. It is quite near Mullet Beach, which is beautiful, however, it is very very rough. I found the current super scary and rough and would not take my children there. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. I would probably not stay here again ONLY because I would want to try to find a calmer beach.

The room was as exactly like the picture as far as clean 2.5 out of 5 the room had decor left behind from a previous renter lots of dust the bathroom shower head did not work and the drain in the bathroom started smelling on our last night the staff was pretty good the elevator can be a long wait if your using it during rush hours.the building and sounds are are very clean and 24hr security made us feel very safe.
