"We loved our stay here! The location was amazing, the condo was clean and well stocked, the resort was beautiful with two pools and a magazine worthy beach that were literal steps away from the resort! We also enjoyed the valet service, which was not included in our stay price, and is the only way to have a car on the premise. However, that did not bother us and we rather enjoyed the service! "Rooms I thought were very nicely laid out. Amenities such as on property dinning we're very good. Had brunch at Tula one afternoon and was delicious. Service....needs a little work. Had dinner at Tula our first night. Servers Danill and Ivan (twins) were extremely, extremely, good. Attention to detail. We never waited for anything. Food was very good. They had very good knowledge about the menu and that was very helpful. We also had dinner at Ayre, Indian cuisine, and I believe we ate until we just couldn't do it anymore. Chef always comes out to greet you and took pictures with him. Was very nice and welcoming. Food was definitely spectacular. Overall we would definitely go back to this resort and still do the same. Only bad mark I'd say was Lala... Hotel bar.... They seriously need work. Servers need help desperately. I would walk up and no recognition. They had only a few couples there and it was like they were swamped and couldn't keep up. Drinks were good, however, wait time was not so good. If I'm paying this much for a resort, this much for drinks... Gotta be able to step it up and bring your A game. We spoke to one lady and she said they are working on bringing up the servers to a Forbes way of serving. Overall satisfied and we'll be back."

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hilton Boca Raton Suites! From the moment I arrived, the entire staff made me feel welcomed and valued. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The level of customer service truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel itself was spotless — one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything was beautifully maintained, comfortable, and relaxing. The balcony view was amazing and made the experience even more special. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with great options every morning, and the breakfast staff provided excellent service and attention to detail. You can really tell the personnel care about their guests and work hard to create a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family, and I will definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you to the entire team for such an outstanding stay — truly a five-star experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Staff is rude. Except for the staff putting the chairs and umbrealls at the beach they are the only ones that are helpful. If you plan to take your dog make sure he/she doesnt bark because the front desk will call you and you can not take them to the beach nor pool area. Dogs are not allowed to bark. I will not return to this hotel."

"We had an amazing experience and truly enjoyed everything about this place. The customer service was excellent from start to finish — the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Everything was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and felt very high-end and luxurious. What stood out the most was the attention to detail and how comfortable and welcoming the atmosphere felt. Also, The pool area was amazing and very relaxing, and the coffee shop was one of our favorite parts of the experience. Everything was well-maintained, and the staff made sure guests felt comfortable and taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and would happily return again in the future."
