My husband and I stayed at the AKA in downtown west palm beach for a weekend getaway. The room was so nice, very clean, and the bedding was really comfortable. The hotel was in the perfect location. We absolutely loved the pool area and the lounge on the 4th floor also.

Good: Front desk staff friendly, room clean with good kitchenette, bed comfortable. Restaurant had good food, waitstaff. Not so good: Lobby was small with only 2 chairs. In the room, there were no bedside lights! Also could hear dance music at night, though that finally quieted down. Restaurant could accommodate single travelers better.

AKA hotel's location is perfect!! We strolled down the bay, went dining near by to amazing restaurants, walked down to Clemantis Street for the weekend and went to Norton's museum; everything from walking distance!! The front desk service (Sebastian and Ariel) were amazing and a pleasure to deal with!! (Management, please make sure you let them know what a great work they do with guests) Will be back for sure to stay here again without a doubt!
