We could not get hot water even after letting the sink run for 6 min as instructed, there was no lighting in the hallway so we had to use our phone flashlights, the room balcony door did not close, the balcony was dirty and rusty, light in toom was flickering... overall we had a great time, and maybe we were just...

"Very close to Olbia airport ,the Hotel is on the second floor of the building .The ground floor has a nice bar for good Breakfast and lunch and open 24 hours also has a very affordable restaurant with good food . "After initially feeling a little disappointed, as we arrived the very first day of the season to find things were not open or functioning, we ended up having a wonderful 3 night stay here and would definitely like to go back at a different time. Hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. It is a little out the town so if, like us, you don't have a car be prepared to walk! But it's perfectly manageable to reach beautiful beaches by walking."

"What an absolutely stunning hotel. Perfect location and right on the beach. Although the hotel was fully booked, it was never overcrowded. We were Half Board and the breakfast and dinner was amazing. I'd go as far to say the dinner is a la carte quality. All the staff are really helpful and friendly. "Beautiful and relaxing hotel"

"The taxi drivers could not locate the place and left us stranded. It was under reconstruction. Had been identified as having a free Airport shuttle. Buffet breakfast and dinner included, but it was only the breakfast and even that was not available on our departure day. Expedia you did a crappy job!"
