"1. Took a very long time to confirm the booking, the reception couldn't see any bookings from Hotels.com.
2. Room looks ok at first glance, but ALOT of dust and filth everywhere, only cleaned the most obvious places.
3. Got hungry around 21:30 and figured we would take our bike from the resort to the night market in Luang Prabang, to our surprise the gate to the hotel area was closed and it was not possible to get out. Nobody from the hotell staff was in the resort and we couldn't reach...

"We really enjoyed our stay here, we were in a group of friends and were very impressed with the property. Arriving early evening, the light pathway was simply attractive far better to what we expected when camping.
The staff were really helpful and welcoming, rooms were cozy and has the standard amenities. We had a lovely dinner time in their restaurant and the bar afterwards. Non-stop karaoke singing till 1 AM A lovely location in the middle of the jungle , very well set up and a gorgeous...
