Top Lubbock Hotel Reviews

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Lubbock Southwest, TX

10/10 Excellent

"The staff was very helpful and very communicative. Breakfast was very enjoyable."

Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lubbock

8/10 Good

"Facility was nice enough. Clean and orderly. However the check-in staff member had all the personality of wet cardboard. Never got a "welcome" or even close to a smile . The residents above me were noisy until fairly late, but can't blame the hotel for that."

Quality Inn & Suites Lubbock South

8/10 Good

"Some of the newer reviews really had me worried. Thankfully, we had no issues. Yes, overall the rooms need to be updated, but they are clean. We had a group of rooms so this was pretty consistent across all the rooms. Sheets and beds are comfortable. The couch was older and a bit stained but no more than expected with use over several years. Customer service can definitely stand to be improved. We lost $ in the vending machine. It happens, but the counter staff could have let us know there was another machine upstairs. Simple information is helpful when you need a bottle of water. We didn't experience the breakfast, pool, or exercise equipment. Yes, this hotel is in a less desirable part of town, but it sits on a property that is isolated with easy access to the highways. Ample parking and well lit lot. There were no sketchy people or activities going on around the hotel that we saw and one night we didn't get back to the hotel until almost 3am. The things I was impressed with for this price point: individually wrapped soaps/shampoos/conditioners, nice towels/linens, daily maid service without requesting it."
