This cozy vintage Tech Terrace home is cute & pet-friendly! It features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom- 1 with a queen bed and 1 with a full bed. This is the perfect setup for a small group of guests. The kitchen is loaded with snacks and supplies for cooking at home. A washer and dryer are also included, along with a dishwasher to make your life easier. The large fenced backyard is perfect for your dogs to run and play and a nice dinner on the patio. The living room has a TV with a firestick that provides access to multiple streaming services and board games for your enjoyment. Its perfect location is just blocks from TTU campus, Jones AT&T Stadium, United Supermarkets Arena, & just down the road from both hospitals. It’s walking distance to a grocery store, coffee shop, bakery, brewery, local pizza place, & parks!

Perfect Weekend Stay

Close to TTU campus. All the amenities of home. Great backyard for our dog. Wonderful communication with the host!

Cute home!

Great house with a big backyard. We spent a lot of time lounging in the hammock and watching all the birds. Very clean and well stocked. Only complaint was the noise from the traffic all day and night.
