A particular highlight is the sunny, covered loggia facing southwest; here you can enjoy the refreshing seaside climate and plenty of relaxing sunshine all day long, well into the evening.

The Location
This exclusive, light-filled apartment is situated on the third floor in the west wing of the building, facing southwest. The Baltic Sea is practically right outside your door—the fine-sand, kilometer-long beach is just 300 metres away. Here you’ll also find the beach promenade and the popular 60-meter-long pier, as well as the beach terrace and the pirate playground. Enjoy a fantastic view of the “big ships” passing by and the sea. By the way, Lübeck Bay is considered a sailing paradise! Barrier-free access ensures easy reach to the promenade and the spa beach.
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés, as well as attractive recreational activities, sights, and places to visit. Hiking trails and bike routes, sailing schools, beautiful golf courses, and a variety of events such as the popular Promenade Festival, the sand sculpture exhibition, or the Autumn Kite and Seaside Festival.
