Es war alles in Ordnung, wir könnten keine Beanstandungen machen.Für einen Ferienaufenthalt völlig ausreichend.vielleicht nur die Kommunikation verlief nur per E-mail bzw. SMS - muß man sich erst daran gewöhnen.

Sehr schöne kleine Ferienwohnung.Tolle Lage und als besonderer Clou eine wunderbar große Dachterasse, die von uns intensiv genutzt wurde.Es sollte einem jedoch Bewusst sein, dass es nur eine behelfsmäßige Küchenzeile und keine Spüle gibt.

Sehr sauber, alles nötige vorhanden. Küche sehr klein, wenn man groß kochen möchte eher nicht geeignet. Nur ein Waschbecken, daher Abwasch in einer bereitgestellten Schüssel, klappt aber gut. Ein paar Mängel sind vorhanden: kaputte Steckdose im Schlafzimmer, sodass das Nachtlicht auf der Fensterbank stehen muss. Eine lose aber funktionierende Steckdose im Wohnraum. Wir waren mit unserem mittelgroßen Hund dort, damit war es recht eng aber machbar. Der Balkon ist richtig schön und groß. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief etwas schleppend, man bekommt zwar alle wichtigen Infos per Mail, aber über die Gästemappe haben wir bis zum Ende unseres Aufenthaltes keine Antwort erhalten. Man kommt zu Fuß gut überall hin, auch der Hundestrand ist nicht weit. Uns hat es gefallen.

Es gibt schönere Unterkünfte

Die Bilder im Internet haben mehr versprochen als es in Wirklichkeit war. Wir haben uns anfangs aufgrund von "Müffelgeruch" im Hausflur und im Wohnzimmer unwohl gefühlt- nach kräftigem Durchlüften war dies beseitigt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter war sehr gut. Wir würden allerdings diese Unterkunft nicht noch einmal buchen. Es gibt schönere und günstigere Unterkünfte in der Nähe. Die fehlende Küchenzeile hat das Abwaschen vom Geschirr sehr umständlich gestaltet.

Der Aufenthalt war gut. Die wohnung ist nicht geeignet für Selbstversorger. Das Kochen ist dort schwierig, da sich keine richtige Küche darin befindet.

Leinen los an allen Fähren!

Für unsere Bedürfnisse ausreichende Unterkunft, die zu beiden Priwallhäfen kurze Wege bietet, Kühlschrank, (Raucher-)Balkon, zwei getrennte Schlafräume, das Bett (für 2 Personen geeignet) ist richtig bequem, das Schlafsofa ist halt kein Bett, aber ein paar Nächte kann man da auch gut schlafen :-) Kein Luxus, dafür für uns perekte Lage (v.a. seit das Restaurant am Fährhafen aufgemacht hat!) und alles andere in Ordnung.Wer direkten Traveblick erwartet: den kann man im Winter finden, aber der Balkon ist an sich toll, auch ohne dass er (wie aufgrund der Lage offensichtlich) nicht direkt an der Trave liegt- 2 min Fußmarsch und man ist dort!

Unzumutbare Unterkunft

Eine Ferienwohnung ohne richtige Küche (kein Geschirrspüler, keine Spüle, keine Hängeschränke), ohne Fernseher, ohne Internet ohne einen 2. Kleiderschrank für die 2. Person, dreckiges Schlafsofa, auf dem ich mir Bisse von Bettwanzen zugezogen habe, keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort (oder auch telefonisch oder via Email nicht erreichbar), ein Badezimmer zur Mitbenutzung in Coronazeiten, Mitbewohner ohne Maske, ein dazu gebuchtes Schlafzimmer, das eine umgebaute Dunkelkammer (kein Tisch kein Stuhl kein Schrank, niedrige Deckenhöhe= ca. 175 cm) war, ohne Fenster und nur mit einer Schießscharte als Luftzufuhr, klammes Bett, in dem man nicht schlafen konnte etc. Hier möchten wir nie wieder absteigen und erwarten das Geld für das angebliche 2. Vorsicht, Abzocke!

Finger weg von diesem Objekt! Die Wohnung hält bei weitem nicht, was die Beschreibung verspricht. Blick von der Terrasse auf die Trave? Fehlanzeige, gegenüber liegt eine fünfstöckige Seniorenresidenz, die jede Aussicht blockiert. 2 Schlafzimmer? Es gibt 1 Schlafzimmer sowie einen Wohn- Essbereich mit ausziehbarem Sofa. 2 Badezimmer? Ja, aber eines davon liegt außerhalb der Wohnung am anderen Ende des Hauses. Küche? Es gibt einen 2-Plattenherd mit Mini-Backofen und einen Mini-Kühlschrank mit Mini-Eisfach. Die Ausstattung mit Kochgeschirr, Besteck, Tassen, Tellern etc. ist mangelhaft und teilweise peinlich (Plastikteller). Es gibt weder Anrichte noch Spülbecken! Die Badezimmerausstattung ist veraltet (mit Plastik-Duschvorhang) und unvollständig (keine Ablage, kein Spiegelschrank). Für ältere Besucher: In die Wohnung führt eine steile, enge Treppe, die Dusche befindet sich in der Badewanne mit hohem Rand. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und sauber, jedoch sehr einfach und billig eingerichtet, TV und WLAN fielen während unseres Aufenthalts fast komplett aus. Für 4 Erwachsene ist das Apartment viel zu eng. Fazit: Der Mietpreis für die Wohnung ist stark überzogen, auch wenn die Lage nahe Trave und Strand sehr attraktiv ist.

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung in Strandnähe

Mit vier Personen haben wir 5 Tage in der kleinen, aber sehr gemütlichen Wohnung verbracht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die große Dachterrasse mit dem Grill. Die Lage ist hervorragend - zu Fuß erreichet man in nur wenigen Minuten das Meer, den Bäcker sowie den Supermarkt. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeberin Anna, die sich bei Fragen immer sofort zurückgemeldet hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
