"We had a very very good stay here for 1 night following a busy few days seeing the sights of northern Vietnam. The Moc dining dinner was one of the best meals we had in Hanoi area. The resort is in a random location so it’s very much a place to stay on property but the spa facilities, gym, food and property provided enough to do for a relaxing 2 days. "So here's the deal. The cost is reasonable, the location is good, but the property is clearly positioned as pay-by-hour establishment. The staff were nice and kind, with good coffee available in the morning. Some of my teammates had minor room issues (e.g. water leaking from around the ceiling mounted shower head), but overall not too upset with the accommodation. "

"Very nice hotel and friendly staff! Room was comfortable and whole resort area was very nice. Only problem was I had a light that I couldn't control and it would turn on and off all night. Seemed to be a motion sensor light that had broken or gone faulty. I complained and someone came to look at it but it didn't get fixed. Hope it was just something wrong with my room and not all!"
