"The owner is very pleasant and helpful. The apartment is as advertised - airy and well-located. The apartment is equipped with nearly all the appliances you need for your stay. I was there for two weeks. There is a self-service laundry just a couple of minutes walk north. Around the apartment are several salumeria and fruits/vegetable stores as well as restaurants etc. This is a good location. If you need a supermarket, there is an Esselunga that is less than 1 km away. You are just a few...

Situated near the edge of the historic part of Lucca right on the canal, its location couldn't be better. The building itself is old but has been lovingly restored and looked after by its owners. "Wie hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem alten Haus eines Olivenbauers. Giovanna und ihrs Schwestern waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Im Haus selbst ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt ( Geschirr, Gewürze, Toilettartikel, weiche Handtücher, usw.). Das Haus ist nicht weit von Lucca entfernt mit einem schönen Ausblick. Allerding sollte man vor den schmalen itlienischen Strassen keine Angst haben :)"

"Ein traumhaft rustikales Haus mit ländlich-moderner Einrichtung. Die meiste Zeit waren wir allerdings draußen am Super Pool, Essen im Freien oder auf Ausflügen. Man kann von da aus sehr gut Pisa, Florenz, Massa (Meer) und natürlich das wunderbare Lucca erreichen. Die Gegend rund um das Haus lädt zu Wanderungen ein, wenn es nicht zu heiß ist. Die Betreuung durch Elena war super, freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder."

Close enough to Lucca City to walk in and enjoy the hustle and bustle but in a location where you can also enjoy the wonderful outdoor pool and facilities (which were for our sole use while we were there) Our host Enrico was the most helpful and friendly man and nothing was too much trouble for him. "Bei unserem Aufenthalt überraschte uns die enge Spindeltreppe vom EG ins 1.OG und der kleine Kühlschrank. Der Balkon ist direkt unter einem Olivenbaum in den Hang und an das Steinhäuschen gebaut, malerische, naturnahe Athmosphäre. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung war sehr einfach, das Stromnetz verlässlich, jedoch mit Spannungsschwankungen. Das Steinhäuschen liegt direkt an der Straße. Die angepriesene Waschmöglichkeit war ein Wäscheservice der sehr zuvorkommenden Vermieter."
