We had a wonderful stay. The house is located directly at the sea with a big garden a usable kitchen and enough room for two families. The outdoor shower is perfect for little children and the neighbourhood is calm and pretty. Unfortunately there is no shop or restaurant nearby. We loved it. T

Zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Piccoli market a 10 minuti di auto. La cosa migliore è assolutamente l’accesso diretto alla spiaggia, una comodità stupenda sopratutto per i bambini. Riprenoterei subito!

Un plage de sable au bout du jardin...on va on vient : ceux qui veulent se baigner peuvent le faire pendant que les autres lisent à l'ombre du mûrier,ou se levent plus tard... Un jardin arboré,une grande terrasse,un calme incroyable (l'aeroport proche a 1 ou 2 vols / jours), de belles grandes chambres,un équipement plus que complet, et les multiples points d'eaux extérieurs pour laisser le sable dehors. Suffisamment loin de Bastia, tout en restant proche des commerces (Carrefour et Casino à 15mn) Et j'allais oublier notre hôte très serviable. Bref : 10 jours de bonheur en famille,ou chacun trouve son compte.

Les salles de bain de l'étage, ne sont pas adaptées pour les adultes, car les poutres passent à 1,50 mde haut dans la douche, et de même pour les WC. Literie à revoir ."ci non maison très spacieuse "

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille merveilleux dans cette maison accueillante et confortable sur la plage. Facile d'accès par sa proximité avec l'aéroport. Bien entretenue, très propre, tout l'équipement fonctionne. Soleil levant sur la mer. Parfait pour nous. Nous avons déjà hâte d'y retourner. Un grand merci aux gestionnaired et au propriétaire.

Man hatte viel Platz, vor allem zu zweit. Die Zimmer und Bäder im Obergeschoß waren für uns leider nicht geeignet, für die sind wir zu groß (1,78 bis 1,90) Aber da wir das ganze Erdgeschoß mit 2 Schlafzimmern und Bad für uns hatten war das gar kein Problem. Der direkte Zugang zum Strand war wundervoll, die Brandung manchmal richtig laut. Es war einfach fantastisch. Die Küche ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Die Außendusche hat Warmwasser. Auch für den Garten war alles vorhanden ebenso ein Grill und Holzkohle

Tout s’est très bien passé. La location (et sa localisation) était bien conforme à nos attentes et correspondait bien au descriptif Abritel. Nous tenons à souligner et saluer l’extrême gentillesse de la propriétaire qui a été très particulièrement à notre écoute. Nous n’avions pas noté que le linge de lit et de toilette n’etait pas fourni et n’avions donc rien pris avec nous : heureusement la propriétaire nous a procuré très rapidement le linge en question. Que du positif en résumé !

Une maison magnifique, fonctionnelle dans un cadre de rêve Idéalement située en bord de mer dans un lotissement calme. Un jardin clos avec une belle pelouse et un bel arbre pour se tenir à l'ombre pendant la sieste. Les levers du soleil sur la mer y sont merveilleux Les propriétaires sont charmants.

Location conforme au descriptif. Logement d'une propreté impeccable et très bon accueil par les propriétaires . Environnement calme , assez proche des commerces et à 25mn de Bastia . On a apprécié la grande loggia couverte face la mer et à l'ile d'Elbe. Villa pieds dans l'eau avec bains de mer au gré des envies et à toute heure sur une plage propre ( nettoyée régulièrement ) quasi déserte ( impression d'avoir sa plage privée ! ) . Idéal: après la baignade vous retournez vous désaler dans la douche extérieure de la villa et vous vous faites sécher dans un transat sur la belle pelouse avec l'ombrage apprécié d'un maginifique arbre parasol. l'équipement est satisfaisant et les pièces spacieuses. La télé et les matelas de transat datent un peu . les chambres du haut sont forcément chaudes ( mais en ouvrant toutes les portes et fenêtre, on arrive à tempérer au moins le rdec) . La wifi a manqué à notre plus grande fille. Pour les sportifs : les footings le soir à la frontale sur le bord de mer sont extra! la situation proche de la RN permet de bien rayonner en voiture : Cap Corse , Ile Rousse, Saint Florent, et l'intérieur. Ne pas manquer le coucher de soleil extraordinaire sur le signal de sierra Pigna. IL est facile d'aller le soir à Bastia manger une glace ou diner sur la citadelle ( superbe lieu ) . la proximité de l'aéroport ne nous a causé aucune nuisance . Les voisins sont des gens charmants. Au final, une belle semaine de total farniente dans d'excellentes conditions.
