Breakfast was excellent

The hotel is very basic, but it has the essentials you need for a trip. There was a strange smell coming from the bathroom, and I had to keep the AC on all day and night because of it. The first room I checked into was 113, but the window was broken. They moved me to room 111, which was bigger, and I appreciated that. The front desk staff were great,there was a lovely young lady and a helpful gentleman named Mahen. They were both very kind and accommodating. One more thing to mention is the shower, the hot water only lasts about 10 minutes, so you have to be quick. Other than that, everything else was fine. I loved the location and Florence overall. Thank you.

Great location, not too busy and quiet at night, totally walkable around all areas of the city, would recommend to anybody!

The hotel is lovely and well located. Posh shopping right around the corner. Excellent restaurants all around and the one attached to the hotel is excellent. Staff is lovely. I had an old Italian room turned into a hotel room with the beautiful painted ceiling and all the gorgeous old world trimmings. So nice to see this waking and going to sleep. Beautifully done, so very pleased.
