"The staff were amazing and very helpful and made it a point to be on a first name basis with me and my children. The room was cleaned daily and very spacious for a family. The rooftop pool was the favorite part of my boys' trip. You can order drinks and food from the pool! The location is also ideal. There are tuk tuk drivers readily available in the hotel also provides driver options and tours. I highly recommend the Two Seasons hotel for your trip to Siem Reap!"

"The property was amazing as well as the staffs. I love how they accommodate with you. They are very helpful. There is also a young gentleman that Ashley reached out and asked if I needed anything. His name is Setsithisak M. Thank you, 🙏🙏 my family will be back next year and stay at your place. It was in the center of everything all the shops food restaurants night markets highly recommended."

"Oh, what an amazing hotel made even more so by such INCREDIBLE staff. We loved everything: - the rooms were spacious and super clean with powerful shower and lovely comfortable beds. The toiletries were 5* spa quality - the breakfast was delicious, fresh and varied - the pools were so spotless and often very quiet so it felt like our personal pool! Best of all though, the staff. If you could bottle their genuine warmth, enthusiasm and passion for their jobs (which they see as making your stay perfect) you would be a millionaire! Thanks so much to everyone - we hope to visit again 😊"

"5-star service at 2-star prices in other parts of the world. Hotel was beautiful and the staff was amazing. Showed us to the room when we checked in to ensure everything was perfect. Greeted us every time we entered the hotel or just exited the elevator. Service in the onsite restaurant was exactly the same. We walked to downtown Siem Reap 2 times during our stay because we like to walk. Drivers stayed just outside the hotel at all hours offering very reasonable rates for transit if desired. We did use one for a Tuk-Tuk tour around town. Fun way to get around. Used a laundry service a short walk from the hotel with great value. Beautiful hotel pool. Initially selected because our Gate1 Mekong River cruise group was going to start from this hotel. Loved the 4 days on our own at this hotel prior to the group."

"This place is absolutely amazing. I am a world Traveler stay in hotels over 100 nights a year and this hotel has perhaps the best service I have experienced anywhere in the entire world. Everybody here greets you with a smile they are warm and they are friendly if you should sneeze they run to you with a Kleenex if you even think that you will need something they bring it to you in advance. My congratulations to one of the best trained staff I have seen anywhere in the world. The hotel itself is amazing beautifully done while maintaining some of the amazing culture of Cambodia."
