"Seaport Hotel is probably the cleanest hotel in which I’ve stayed. My wife and I were impressed. The staff seems to take pride in the hotel. I’d highly recommend a stay here. Next time we visit Boston, we’ll book here again."

"Are room was put together nicely but within 5 minutes of being in our room I could see that the cleaning staff did a very poor job. There was hair in the shower drain, the toilet was dirty and the linens on our bed had stains on them. We had left for the night to go out and I requested at the front desk that the room be cleaned again and the bed to have new linens and when we came back nothing had been done. The only good thing about our room was the view."

"I canceled my reservation and I’m not sure why I’m getting a survey for a property I never stayed at. You don’t know whether I checked in or not and you don’t know whether I stayed there but you’re sending me a survey as if I did."
