Floor, barrier-free with elevator from the garage, large living / bedroom with cupboard folding bed (200 x 160 cm), large sofa with ottoman, dining table, cable TV, wireless internet, modern kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, capsule Coffee machine, kettle, bathroom with shower / tub, 1 south-west balcony with balcony furniture + 1 small patio with sea views. Underground parking space. The rental price includes a beach chair (May to September) and two bicycles.
